Tim and Jenny O'Connell
Owners/Funeral Directors

Tim and Jenny O'Connell
Owners/Funeral Directors
Tim is a native of Chippewa Falls. Because his father's occupation required that they moved around some, they ended up in the Milwaukee area in the early nineties, where he and Jenny met. After working part time in funeral homes for a number of years, Tim decided to pursue his college degree and graduated from mortuary school in 1999.
Jenny is a Milwaukee native, having graduated from St. Joan Antida High School in 1989. She started her funeral director apprenticeship in 1992 and graduated from mortuary school in 1994. Tim and Jenny were married in September of 1994. They moved to the Fox Valley in 2000. Together, they have two children, Olivia and Quinn. Olivia currently attends Fox Valley Technical College. She will spend a year at Milwaukee Area Technical College to complete her degree in Funeral Service. Quinn attends Little Chute High School.
Tim and Jenny are members of St. John Nepomucene Parish and the Little Chute Kiwanis Club. Tim also serves on the community advisory board for St. Paul Hospice program. As a family, the O'Connell's enjoy outdoor activities, including camping and boating. Tim loves to tinker -- whether it's a creation for the science fair or tackling some do it yourself project at home, always with Quinn at his side. Jenny loves to read and cook. Through the years, Tim, Jenny and Quinn spent many hours on the bleachers, cheering for Olivia's softball, volleyball or basketball teams.

He graduated from Kaukauna High School in 1972 and has been an employee of Thilmany’s (now Expera) for 42 years. Marty has been married to Susan (nee Halbach) for 40 years and is blessed with 3 sons, 2 daughters-in-law and 1 granddaughter. Marty is a member of St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church in Kaukauna. He enjoys family gatherings, time with friends, board games, cribbage, bird watching, deer hunting, the Packers, Badgers, Brewers, and the holidays.

Olivia O'Connell
Funeral Director Apprentice
Olivia O’Connell, our daughter, works alongside Tim and I as a funeral director apprentice. Having graduated from Milwaukee Area Technical College, in May 2021, with a degree in funeral service, she is currently in the process of obtaining her funeral director license.
Olivia began working at the funeral home in January of 2017, her junior year of high school. What began as just helping out quickly turned into something she loved—being able to help others in their time of need. Only a few months later, she decided this is what she wanted to spend her life doing.
When not working, there’s plenty to keep her busy, whether that be spending time with her friends and family, or her sassy puppy, Leinie. Olivia is an active member of the Little Chute Kiwanis Club and parishioner of Holy Cross Parish.
Olivia plans to be licensed by the end of the year, and eventually taking over the funeral home, following in her parents’ footsteps.
