Tyler Thomas Richter, Appleton, age 38, passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2026. He was born in Appleton on May 29, 1987, the son of Thomas and Lori (Andrews) Richter.

Tyler loved the outdoors and the forest was his favorite place to be. He enjoyed fishing and was fortunate to have spent many summer weeks on Lake Lucerne near Crandon and most recently, White Lake. Tyler also enjoyed four wheeling and sitting around the fire with friends. Just hanging with his buddies was always his favorite thing to do.

Tyler is survived by his parents, Thomas and Lori; sister, Amber Richter (fiancé Perry Blom); and niece, Aryanna Blom. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and close buddies.

Tyler was preceded in death by both sets of his grandparents and his uncle, David.

A private family burial will be held at Highland Memorial Park.
