Tracy R. Rousar's Obituary
Tracy R. Rousar, 40, Oshkosh, passed away on Friday, June 27, 2014. She was born on November 27,1973 to Richard Rousar and Mary Jo Floyd. Tracy graduated from Oshkosh North High School (1992).
Tracy will be remembered for her great inspiration to others and the friendships she made. She was an avid volunteer, especially with the Salvation Army. Tracy valued her faith and was very active with the church.
She is survived by her Father, Richard (Vicki) Rousar; Mother, Mary Jo Floyd; former Step-Father, Chris Kabke; Brothers, Doug Rousar, Richard (Mandy) Witak, Todd (Kim) Witak; Sister; Tammy (Jason) Ellis; and Grandmother, Gloria Stenson.
She is preceded in death by grandparents, Lawrence and Bernice Floyd, Raymond Rousar and Gene Stenson.
Visitation will be held at EMMANUAL UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST (1306 Michigan Street, Oshkosh) on Friday, July 11, 2014 from 3:00pm to the time of service at 5:00pm with Rev. Annette Wolf officiating. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Tracy's name.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Mercy Medical Center's ICU, especially Dawn, for the comfort and support they gave to Tracy.
