Thomas K. Penney, Neenah, age 82, passed away peacefully at home on July 10, 2025.  He was born in Neenah on September 2, 1942, to the late Llewellyn and Verna (Moreau) Penney.  Thomas graduated from St. Mary's Menasha in 1957 and went on to receive a degree in Drafting.  He enjoyed photography and his time at the Neenah Senior Center and was a very generous man.  He was a devoted Catholic.

Thomas is survived by his sister-in-law, Shirley A. Penney; nieces:  Carla Penney Gibbons and Sharon Penny Elsen; and nephew, Jerry Penney.

In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by his brother, Lee Penney; and nephew, Michael Penney.

He will be laid to rest with his family at St. Mary Cemetery in Menasha.
