Shane Wilson Kopp, Chilton, formerly of Kaukauna, age 30, died on Thursday, September 24, 2020.  He was born in Appleton on May 18, 1990, the son of August J. Malewski and Kimberly Kopp.  Shane loved being outdoors, especially fishing, hunting and camping.  He loved to laugh and had a heart of gold, always trying to help others and making sure they were taken care of.

Shane was the proud father to Riley James and Alex Wilson Kopp.  He is further survived by his parents, August Malewski and Kimberly Kopp; brother:  Michael R. (fiancée Jax) Kopp; half-brothers:  Craig J. and Hayden J. Malewski; half-sisters:  Heather L. Malewski, Mindy E. Malewski, and Hailey Diedrick (Seefeldt); aunts and uncles:  Bob (Peggy), Tom (Diane), Ray (Linda), Peggy and Janice Malewski, Kellie Kopp, Thomas Kappell, James (Kristine Ording-Kopp) Kopp, Saye Kopp, and Jean (Mark) Yeazell; cousins:  Jeremy and Mathew Ludwig, Brandon Bathke, Katelyn and Breanna Kappell, Brooklyn Drewa, Zachary and Isaiah Kopp; adopted grandmother, Claudia Metko; adopted sisters:  Hannah Higgins and Hailey House; siblings by heart, Amber (Jones) Valadez and Daniel Luce; second mom, Sue Seefeldt; and the girl that held his heart, Leighanne Robinson.  He is further survived by many friends.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 2, 2020 at O'CONNELL FUNERAL HOME (1776 E. Main Street, Little Chute) from 4:00 p.m. until a sharing of memories at 7:00 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated.
