Sandra J. Coffey, Kaukauna, age 79, died at her home, surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday, June 1, 2023.  She was born in Kaukauna on March 18, 1944, to the late Wilfred and Louise (Marsh) Vanevenhoven.  Sandra married Michael Coffey at Holy Cross Parish on March 13, 1965.  She enjoyed playing cards, she shared a deep passion for the Milwaukee Brewers alongside her husband Michael, bowling, and trips to the dog track.  Sandra was an avid cook and baker and will be remembered for the amazing meals and treats she created. Sandra got great joy from her grandchildren who were the lights of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

Sandra is survived by her husband of 58 years, Michael, who was a dedicated and loving caregiver; children:  Leah (Todd) Williamson of Little Chute; Cari (Gary) Baeten of Little Chute; and Christopher Coffey (Michelle Paulson) of De Pere; grandchildren:  Tyler Baeten (Corey Bowles), Faith Williamson (Marcus Moreau), Kendall Williamson, and McKenna Coffey; sister, Mary (Rick) Babler; and brothers and sisters-in-law:  Mary Vanevenhoven, Nancy Vanevenhoven, Bev (Gary) Senso, Dolly Verhasselt, Dennis Coffey, and Mark Coffey (Pat Koniecki) .  She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by her grandson, Blake Williamson; brothers:  Gary and Bruce Vanevenhoven; sister, Dar (Tim) Van de Hey; and in-laws: Earl Verhasselt and Sue Coffey.

A private family funeral will be held.
