Samuel Gustave Sica "Sam"

March 16, 1981 – August 11, 2023

Sam was born March 16, 1981 to Kenneth J. Sica and Catherine A. Brandt. He is survived by his mom, Cate Brandt (John); sisters: Sarah Elvin (Brent) and Alice Plamann (Dillon); nephews:  Charlie Elvin and Teddy Elvin; and an interesting assortment of aunts and uncles, including two crazy aunts (you know who you are). He is also survived by a large group of cousins and a multitude of incredible friends, including lifelong best friend, Sam Cook.

A celebration of life to remember Sam will be held at The Capitol Centre (725 W. Capitol Drive, Appleton) on September 10, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

The family would like to thank the Grand Chute Police Department and Gold Cross Ambulance Service. We would like to send a special shout out to Sam's large group of friends. Your outpouring of support and sharing of special memories means more to us (and Sam) than you could ever know.

In order to have a friend, you have to be a friend. Sam was one of the best friends around and was lucky to have a group of friends that loved him just as much.
