Rosalie Scarlett-Kay Garcia, Freedom, age 2, passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2024.  She was born at in Neenah on December 31, 2021, the daughter of Brooke Seal and Salvador Garcia Chavez, Jr.

Rosalie is survived by her parents, Brooke Seal and Salvador Garcia Chavez, Jr.; grandparents, William and Paige Gee; great grandparents, Stephen and Linda Gaidasz; aunts and uncle:  Karen Smith, Teri Thomas, Jerry Sarver, Tara Townsend, and Travis (Susan) Gee; and cousins:  Caitlin, Meredith, Bayleigh (Morgan), Spencer, Avery, Garston, Henry, Audriana, Cameron, Caleb, Harley, and Caspian.

Rosalie was preceded in death by her uncles:  Melvin Knowland and Scott Bishop.

Visitation will be held Saturday, January 13, 2024 at O'CONNELL FUNERAL HOME (1776 E. Main Street, Little Chute) beginning at 9:00 a.m. until time of Funeral at 11:00 a.m.
