Ronald H. "Fuzz" Mueller, Appleton, age 65, died Tuesday June 16, 2012 at Appleton Medical Center. He was born on December 18, 1946 in Appleton to the late Hubert "Butch" and Rose (Gengler) Mueller. Ronald served in the Army during the Vietnam War and was awarded 2 Purple Hearts. On September 16, 1972 he married Ann Fox at St. Nicholas Parish in Freedom. Ron enjoyed bowling, golf, playing pool and cards, especially Sheepshead. He was a member of St. Bernadette Parish and the Appleton American Legion Post 38. Ron worked at the Appleton Post Office until his retirement in 2002 after 35 years of service.

Ron is survived by his wife of 39 years, Ann; children: Mark (fiancee Kelly Lepak), Appleton; Matt (Megan), Milwaukee; Luke, Appleton; and Corey Van Kauwenberg; siblings: Janice Fredrickson, Jerry, Chuck, Jeanne (Tom) Thomson, Sandy (Danny) Witthuhn, Cherie (TJ) Jenkins and Steve; and sisters-in-law: Linda (Wayne) Hatton, Rita and Jean Fox. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, Ron was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters-in-law: Al Fredrickson, Don Fox, Barb (Merle) Wagner and Pat Lorenz.
Visitation will be held Tuesday June 26, 2012 at ST. BERNADETTE PARISH (2331 E. Lourdes Appleton) beginning at 2:00 p.m. until time of Mass at 5:00 p.m. The Rev. Don Zuleger will officiate. Military rites conducted by the William Verhagen American Legion Post 60 will immediately follow.
