Ron Karls, age 60, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family and friends.

He was born on January 27, 1964, to his loving parents, Donald Karls and the late Judy (Bunnell) Karls.  He later married his high school sweetheart, Kathy (Roberts) Karls.

Ron graduated from Chilton High School and then went to Fox Valley Tech to further his carpentry skills.  He used these skills to bring joy to many people through his beautiful creations.

In his spare time, Ron's adventures included hunting, fishing, and telling hilarious stories.  He was always there to give advice and to help anyone who was in need.

Ron is survived by his wife, Kathy; his father, Don; his daughter, Randi Karls; his granddaughter, Winnie; his sister, Martha (Dan) Holst; his step-children: Justin Cordy, Matt (Thea) Cordy, Jennifer (Josh) Ehlers, Kimberly (fiancé Devin) Cordy; his step-grandchildren: Summer and Dominic Cordy; Cole, Ella, Piper, and Collins Cordy; Kaden Surin; and Bentley and Wesley Johnson; his niece, Samantha (Matt) Meyers; and his nephew, Nick (Heather) Holst.  He is further survived by Kathy's siblings, his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, all of whom loved him dearly.

Ron was met in heaven by his daughter-in-law, Ashley (Ehlers) Cordy; mother, Judy; his grandparents: Al and Avis Bunnell, and Norman and Hildegard Karls; and his cousins: Troy Bunnell and Jeff Moehn.

Visitation for Ron will be held Friday, August 30, 2024, at CHRIST THE ROCK COMMUNITY CHURCH (W6254 US HIGHWAY 10 114, Menasha), beginning at 12 Noon until 2:45 p.m. His Funeral will follow at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Joel Zeiner officiating.
