Obituary

Just past midnight on July 24th, our family man and friend said goodbye to this world. Goodbye to the pain and illness that had taken over his body. As his heart stopped beating, ours collectively shattered. As our grief goes on, we will suffer through his absence. When the fog clears we will take comfort in knowing that he is no longer suffering. He worked hard the last four and a half years to be with us, to enjoy life, and to watch his beloved grandsons, Milo and Sonny Graham grow into kind and talented young men.

So so many people will miss this man. I just don't know of a more likable, kind hearted soul. He became friends with everyone he met without bias or question, and stood as a good example for his family. He found the good in people and enjoyed their company.

We that carry on, are his daughter Chelsea Culligan Graham and her husband Paul Graham; myself Judy, his wife; Bob's brother Bruce Culligan and his family; sisters-in-law Kathy Sheldon, Mary Coyle, M. Culligan and their families. His parents Robert and Bette Culligan, and brothers Bill and Brad have all preceded him in death.

Bob and I have been blessed with the best neighbors that anyone could ever ask for. They've been here with us to share lots of fun and help us through the tough times. They are truly thought of as family.

We will all picture Cully, or Bob, in a way that shows him healthy and happy, whether he's playing golf or watching the Packers kickin' butt. I see him happily walking down a trail, with the sun at his back and his dog Bogey by his side.

It was most important to Bob that he remain at home. It was due to the staff and services of Hospice that it was possible. Everyone that we dealt with was so caring and helpful. Thank you to all of you.

We will celebrate Bob's life at a gathering on August 5th, from 1-3PM, at The Draw at 800 S. Lawe Street in Appleton.

Uno Dos Tres Papa. We love you.
