Robert A. "Bob" Wyngaard, Little Chute, age 73, died Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center – Appleton. He was born on February 15, 1943 to the late Elsie (Evan) Stahlberg (Paschen) and Albert Wyngaard. Bob was a Specialist in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Korea. He was a member of the William Verhagen American Legion Post 60. Bob married Rose Tomkowiak on November 5, 1966 at St. Mary Parish in Appleton. Bob was a lifelong member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran in Kimberly before transitioning to St. Luke's. After 36 years of employment, he retired from Appleton Papers in 2002. Bob enjoyed time outdoors no matter the season, hunting, and was an avid fisherman. Spending time at his cottage in Conover was another fun pastime as well as being at the casino. He was also a talented woodworker and made many items for his family that will be treasured for generations.

Bob is survived by his wife of almost 50 years, Rose; children: Jason of Little Chute; Jennifer (Richie) Suchocki of Colgate; Dena of Kaukauna; and Katie of Hartford; grandchildren: Phillip, Kiera, Jason Jr., Courtney, Jessie, Ashley, Grace, Ron, Dean, Jay, Breann, Chase and Faith; siblings: Gerald Wyngaard, Ken (Sheila) Wyngaard and Shirley (Dick) Derks; and brothers and sisters-­in-­law: James Eichinger, Ed (Jane) Tomkowiak, Lorraine (Marv) Michalski and Tom (Trudy) Tomkowiak. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his sister Joyce Eichinger and sisters-­in-­law: Jean Wyngaard and Theresa Tomkowiak.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at ST. LUKE LUTHERAN CHURCH (705 E. Greenfield Dr. Little Chute) beginning at 9:00 a.m. until time of Funeral at 11:00 a.m. The Rev. Ronald Szep will officiate. Military rites will immediately follow.
