Robert A. Schmidt, Kaukauna, age 30, died Thursday November 24, 2011 as the result of an automobile accident. He was born in Appleton on August 11, 1981 to Earl and Ann (Liebergen) Schmidt. Bob married Jennifer Dyer on November 4, 2011 in Kiel, WI. He enjoyed fishing, racing and disk golf. Bob loved to spend time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews. He was currently employed at Leicht Transfer.

Bob is survived by his wife Jennifer; mother Ann; siblings: Kristine (David) Tadych and Greg (Amy) Schmidt; father and mother-in-law Ernest and Kathryn Dyer Jr.; brothers-in-law: Scott (Lori), Tim, Joe (Karena), Mike (Kim) and Jason Dyer; and nieces and nephews: David, Crystal and Amanda Tadych, Sydney, Hayden and Samantha Schmidt, Ethan , Allison and Mason Dyer. He is further survived by other relatives and friends.

Bob was preceded in death by his father Earl.

Visitation will be held Monday November 28, 2011 at ST. KATHARINE DREXEL PARISH – ST. ALOYSIUS CHURCH (2401 Main Ave. Kaukauna) beginning at 1:00 p.m. until time of wake service at 5:00 p.m. The Rev. Jerry Pastors will officiate. Committal St. Mary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established.
