Paul J. Austin, Appleton (formerly of Little Chute), age 55, died Sunday, October 30, 2016 at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Appleton.  He was born in Appleton on May 12, 1961 to David and Edna (Fuhrman) Austin.  Paul served in the U.S. Navy and worked as a journeyman plumber.

Paul is survived by his son: Joshua; daughter: Amanda Murray and her children, Layla and Harleigh; and Nancy (Huntley) Austin, mother of his children. He is further survived by his father, David; siblings and spouses: Sue (Paul) Vanevenhoven, Pat Austin, Jeff (Pat), Mike (Nancy), Ned (Sadie), Tim (Judy), Tom (Betty) and Jim; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Paul was preceded in death by his infant daughter; Erin, mother; Edna; and brothers:  Jay, Todd and Steve.

Visitation will be held Friday, November 4, 2016 at O'CONNELL FUNERAL HOME (1776 E. Main St. Little Chute) beginning at 3:00 p.m. until time of Funeral at 5:00 p.m.  The Rev. Ronald Belitz will officiate.  Military rites will immediately follow.  Committal St. John Cemetery.
