Patricia A. "Patti" Mullins, age 54, of Little Chute died Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Appleton. She was born in Oshkosh on April 24, 1962, the daughter of Robert Gregory "Greg" Lockhart and Marcele Kathryn Lockhart. Patti married Chris Mullins on May 29, 2009. Family meant the world to Patti and she cherished every family gathering or even a simple lunch date. She cherished her kids and was very proud of them and everything they have accomplished. Patti was an avid Packers, Badgers, Brewers and Nascar fan. She also enjoyed a day of fishing or a nice road trip to wherever the day took her.

Patti is survived by her husband, Chris; children: Hannah Schulte of Minneapolis; Isaac Schulte of Rochester, MN; Kendra Schulte of Appleton; step daughters: Adrie Mullins of Green Bay; and Kalie Mullins of Green Bay; grandson: Jensen Nooyen; father: Greg (Kay) Lockhart of Appleton; brothers: Scott (Tina) of Appleton; Paul (Jenny) of Kimberly; and Mike (Jody) of Appleton; step brothers: Mark (Angie) Oppor of Menasha; and Nick (Colleen) Oppor of Appleton; and Chris' siblings: Leanne, Jeff (Barb), Kay, Dale and Jay (Cheryl) Mullins. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Patti was preceded in death by her mother, Marcele Lockhart; and brother-in-law: Denny Mullins.

Visitation will be held Friday, September 9, 2016 at O'CONNELL FUNERAL HOME (1776 E. Main St. Little Chute) beginning at 4:00 p.m. until time of funeral at 6:00 p.m. Deacon George Schraufnagel will officiate. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.

Patti's family would like to thank the staff of Fox Valley Hematology and Oncology for their warmth and kindness shown to Patti during her treatment. They would also like to thank the ICU RN's of ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Appleton, Nick and Ryan, for their awesome care they showed Patti during her brief stay there.
