Norma J. Carter, Menasha, age 75, died Wednesday January 21, 2015 at her home. She was born in Milwaukee on August 2, 1939 to the late Arthur and Doris Lucchesi. Norma enjoyed bird watching, fishing, bingo, slot machines and Wendy's Frosties. She adored her grandchildren.

Norma is survived by her children: Daniel Carter III, Menasha; Greg (Kathy) Carter, Hubertus; and Deborah J. (Skip) Smith, Little Chute; grandsons: Brad Daniel Lornson, Benjamin Lee Carter and Nicholas Greg Carter; siblings: Shirley (Don) Bengtson and Arthur (Elaine) Lucchesi; and brothers and sisters-in-law: Gregg (Judy) Carter and Anne (Morris) Pedigo. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Daniel.

Visitation will be held Monday January 26, 2015 at O'CONNELL FUNERAL HOME (1776 E. Main St. Little Chute) beginning at 5:30 p.m. until time of funeral at 7:00 p.m. The Rev. Mark Cline will officiate.
