October 14, 1939 – January 21, 2024
Molly (Marlene) H. Kirvan, Kaukauna, age 84, died Sunday, January 21, 2024 at Care Partners of Appleton. She was born October 14, 1939 to the late Louis and Irene (Noffke) Derks. She married Donald Kirvan on July 15th, 1983.
Molly is survived by her husband, Don; children: Ed (Kay) Fulcer, Robert "Squeek" (Sue) Fulcer, and Tammy (John) Winters; grandchildren: Bobbi (Josh) Fulcer, Jennifer (Matt) Sawall, Casey (Josh) Russell, and Emily (Manuel) Ramirez; great grandchildren: Alexis Fulcer, Dominic Russell, Bailey Russell, and Wyatt Sawall; siblings: Bonnie (Ken) Schallow, George (Lila) Derks, and Glen (Helene) Derks.
She is further survived by Don's family: children, Tina (Dave) Springer, Kelly (Dolores) Denny, Scott Kirvan, Shannon Willard, and Erin (Jon) Stuyvenberg; grandchildren, Rachael, Leah, James (Morgan), Nicole, Karlee, Larrisa, Kayle, Laura, Elaina (Zach), Brenna (Nick), Maddie, and Trevor; and great grandchildren: Adrian, Anthony, Layla, Charlotte, Lincoln, Tate, Morgan, and Stella.
In addition to her parents, Molly was preceded in death by her siblings: Kenny Derks, Gladys Shepherd, Louis Derks, and Jim Derks; and members of Don's family.
Molly enjoyed planting flowers, going to the casino, and listening to Loretta Lynn. She was an amazing dancer and especially loved doing the Jitterbug. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, and never missed an opportunity to tell them how much she loved them. She never missed a birthday, holiday, or family event. Don and her spent many days taking long car rides, and would frequently stop at Kwik Trip for a Frappe. She leaves behind a legacy of love and will be missed by many.
We would like to thank the nurses at ThedaCare Medical Center and hospice. Also a very big thank you to the staff at Care Partners (French Rd).
A celebration of life will be held later this year.
