Melvin J. Blank, 88, of Menasha passed away on Saturday, July 10, 2021 of cancer. He was born in Neenah and graduated from Neenah High School in 1951. He served in the U.S. Navy for 4 years after which he worked for the Banta Corporation for 30 years. Melvin was very active in the USCG Auxiliary for many years. When retired he went to Sea School in Florida where he earned his 100 ton license to qualify him to be Boat Captain.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Phyllis; three sons, Jeff (Bev), Mike (Lisa), and Pat (Suzette); four grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

A service will be held at a later date.
