Mary T. Alger, New Holstein, formerly of Kaukauna, age 66, died Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at Homestead Health Services.  She was born in Kaukauna on June 22, 1958, to the late Robert J. and Bernadette "Cricket" (Specht) Alger.

Mary enjoyed her job at Valley Packaging, her beloved cat Marilyn, traveling, going to camp, crafting, good food, and her Green Bay Packers.  She was very excited to become a great aunt to Baby M and often told those at Homestead, "I am going to spoil that baby rotten, and do a lot of crafts with it."

Mary is survived by her sister, Patricia (Robert) Moehn; niece, Andrea (Jesse) Buechel; nephew, Nick (Kayla) Moehn, and special caregiver, Deb DeBauche.  She is further survived by other relatives and friends.

A private family service was held.  Memorials may be made to your local humane society or the Homestead Care Services Auxiliary.

Mary's family would like to thank her past caregivers and the caregivers at Homestead and Calumet County Hospice for the loving care she received.
