Mark S. Larson, Little Chute, passed away unexpectedly at age 59, Sunday July 28, 2013. He was born in Appleton on January 30, 1954 to the late Rudolph and Dorothy (Schultz) Larson. Mark married Amy Peerenboom on August 18, 1990 at the Chapel in the Woods in Waupaca. He was most recently employed at the Wingate Hotel in Green Bay where he chauffeured many Packer players. Mark enjoyed fishing, playing cards and cooking for American Cancer Society brat fries. Mark's greatest passion was spending time with his Grandchildren, they will miss their Papa.
Mark is survived by his wife of 22 years, Amy; children: Matthew Larson, Maudlin, SC; Jacqueline (fiancé Nathan) Larson, Cary, NC; Joe (Kim) Romenesko; Jill (John) Burge; and Barbara (fiancé Craig) Romenesko, all of Little Chute; grandchildren: Evan, Hayden, Isabella, Makenzie, Zoey, Jake and Teagan; and siblings: Val James, Barry and Don Larson. He is also survived by members of Amy's family: her parents, James "Quack" and Betty Peerenboom; her siblings: Ann Werner, Jane (Mark) Van De Hey, Lisa (Jim) Wydeven, John Peerenboom and Joan (Paul) Eckes. Mark is further survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Gary; and brothers-in-law: John James and Vern Werner.
Visitation will be held Thursday August 1, 2013 at O'CONNELL FUNERAL HOME (1776 E. Main St. Little Chute) beginning at 4:00 p.m. until time of funeral at 7:00 p.m. with Deacon Vincent De Groot officiating. Committal St. John Cemetery.
