Marion Werth, Kaukauna, age 94 died Wednesday October 13, 2010 at St. Paul Home in Kaukauna. She was born April 7, 1916 in the town of Deer Creek, WI, daughter of the late Mary Jane "Mayme" Mc Glin and Louis Soren Nelson. Marion was a 1934 graduate of Clintonville High School. Prior to her marriage, she worked for Urban Telephone in Clintonville and Wisconsin Distributors of Appleton. On October 22, 1949 Marion married the love of her life, Vernon Werth at Christus Lutheran Church in Clintonville. They resided briefly in Neenah before making their home in Kaukauna. Marion served as a Sunday School teacher at Bethany Lutheran Church in Kaukauna, where she was a member.

Marion was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law: Steven (Lora) and Thomas, of Kaukauna; five grandchildren: Dayna, Lindsay and Michael Werth, Andrea (Andy) Raska and Amanda (Jake) Van Dalen; four great grandchildren: Blake, Aidan, Anna and Karter; two sisters: Rosella Gartzke and Lois Kreklow; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, Marion was preceded in death by her husband Vernon; sisters and brothers: Laura (Lester) Tellock, Mabel (Eric) Strutz, Esther (Herbert) Reimer, Blanche (Leo) Kautz, Reuben (Alice) and Dale (Ellie) Nelson; and brothers-in-law: Robert Gartzke and James Kreklow; and very dear friend Norma Walker.

Visitation will be held at BETHANY LUTHERAN CHURCH (124 W. 10th Kaukauna) on Saturday October 16, 2010 beginning at 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral at 11:00 a.m. Committal Graceland Cemetery, Clintonville. A memorial is being established.
