Marilyn J. Marshall passed away Sunday, January 13, 2019 at Touchmark Appleton. She was born in Cambridge, MA on March 10, 1937 to the late Eli and Rose Asarkof. Marilyn married Dr. James R. Marshall in Massachusetts on June 15, 1958. He preceded her in death on their 48 ^th wedding anniversary, June 15, 2006. Marilyn and Jim moved to Brooksville, FL in 1997. Together, they built their dream house in Silverthorn, which they called their "Utopia". They enjoyed traveling, golfing and entertaining. She was very active serving on various committees and fund raising activities at Temple Beth David in Spring Hill. She enjoyed her weekly ladies golf league and luncheons. She continued to live at Silverthorn after his death along with her faithful companion Brandy, until moving to Appleton to 2 years ago to be near her son and his family.

Marilyn is survived by her children: Sherri Hill of Bethel, CT and Craig (Cheryl) Marshall of Appleton; grandchildren: Rebecca Hill (Rudy Campos), Michelle (Adam) Moder, Matthew Marshall (Sheyanne Brandt) and Michael Marshall; and her grandpuppies whom she loved to visit.

We'd like to extent a sincere thank you to Jay and Mercely, Marilyn's neighbors in Florida; the wonderful staff at Theda Care Appleton, Theda Care Hospice and the loving and caring staff at Touchmark Appleton.

In accordance with her wishes, no funeral will be held. Memorials can be made to Alzheimer's Research in Marilyn's name.
