Margaret J. "Marge" Vandenberg, Little Chute, age 85, died Wednesday November 10, 2010, surrounded by her family. Margaret was born in Little Chute on April 29, 1925. On April 16, 1947 she was united in marriage to Raymond E. Vandenberg. She enjoyed puzzles, visiting with her family, fish fries and playing Penny Slots with her sisters.

Margaret is survived by her children: Kathy Haupt, Little Chute; Bob (Sue) Vandenberg, Silver Cliff; Mike Vandenberg, Little Chute; Gary (Mary) Vandenberg, Niagara; Dan (Deb) Vandenberg, Kaukauna; and Lori (Tom) Paque, Lodi; 13 grandchildren: Karrie (Doug) Thompson; Brian (Patti) Haupt; Amy (Jim) Sebert; Mark (Jessie) Vandenberg; Robin, Hollie, Darren and Jamie Vandenberg; Amanda, Angie and Jesse Vandenberg; Phil and Sam Paque; 9 great grandchildren: Jake, Lexie, Tori, Tyler, Sydney, Mack, Kaleb, Kyla and Brooke; sisters: Dorothy VanDeurzen and Bernice (Pat) Blohm; sisters and brothers-in-law: Betty and Carol VanderWyst, Mitt, Harold and Roy (Mary Anne) Vandenberg.

Margaret will be joining her husband, Raymond, at the gates of Heaven. In addition to Raymond, Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, John and Frances VanderWyst; father and mother-in-law: Arthur and Catherine Vandenberg; son-in-law, Bob Haupt; brothers: Roger, Joe (Betty) and Rich VanderWyst; and brothers and sisters-in-law: Jim VanDeurzen, Irene (Al) School, Elmer (Ruth), John, Marcy, Marie and Virginia Vandenberg.

Visitation will be held Saturday November 13, 2010 at ST. JOHN NEPOMUCENE CATHOLIC CHURCH (323 S. Pine St. Little Chute) beginning at 9:00 a.m. until time of Mass at 11:00 a.m. The Rev. Msgr. James Vanden Hogen will officiate. Committal St. John Cemetery. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.
