Margaret P. Heindl, Freedom, age 86, entered into eternal life surrounded by her loving family at St. Elizabeth Hospital on Thursday July 29, 2010. She was born in Freedom on September 17, 1923, the daughter of the late Henry and Mary (Houven) Ebben. On April 16, 1942 she married her husband of 60 years, Raymond Heindl who preceeded her in death in July 2002. She was a lifelong member of Holy Cross Parish in Kaukauna. Some of her favorite hobbies were crocheting, stitchery, working puzzles and taking care of her flowers.
Margaret was the loving mother of 9 children: Marv (Kathy) and their children, Lori (Dale) Maki, Lisa (Ron) Neitzel, Julie (special friend Scott); Ronald (Dawn) and their children, Mark (Jackie), Matt (Breck); Richard (Mary Ellen) and their children, Tim (Kim), Jeff, Brian (Annie), Jason (Ashley); Mary Lou Hass; Joan Heindl; Donna (Dan) Weyenberg and their children Sara (Todd) Hietpas, Molly (Don) Vosters and Shelly Berghuis; Dave (Margie) and their children Christopher, Tony (Melanie), Erin (special friend Matt), Joe, Dan (special friend Christina) and David Jr.; Bill (Bonnie) and their children Steve (Amy), Miranda (special friend John) and Melanie; Mike (Nancy) and their children Tyler and Tanner (special friend Haley); 18 great grandchildren; 3 sisters Jen Ebben, Dolly Wavrunek and Sr. Janet Ebben; 2 brothers Hank (Rosie) and Bill (Helen) Ebben; sister-in-law Mary Ebben; brother-in-law Ervin Deprez; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her husband and parents, Margaret was preceded in death by her son-in-law: Dennis Hass; 3 sisters: Matilda Vanden Bosch, Clara Roepcke and Francis Deprez; 2 brothers Richard and Vincent Ebben; and brothers-in-law Sylvester Wavrunek, Walter Roepcke and Peter Vanden Bosch.
Visitation will be held Monday August 2, 2010 beginning at 1:00 p.m. until time of Mass at 4:00 p.m. at HOLY CROSS PARISH (309 Desnoyer Kaukauna). The Rev. Thomas Pomeroy will officiate. Committal Holy Cross Cemetery.
