Lorien Keith Manley, age 87, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 1, 2018 surrounded by his family. He was born January 3, 1930 in Hortonville, WI to the late Roy and Mabel (Meredith) Manley. On January 31, 1959, he married Karen Gloe in Menasha, WI. The couple enjoyed 58 years together. Lorien loved farming, school bus driving, and dogs. He drove school bus for 35 years for the Hortonville School District. He was an independent insurance agent for Ellington Mutual for many years.

Lorien is survived by his wife Karen; four children: Laura Manley-Mispagel of Appleton; Susan (Fred) Grachien of North Carolina; Larry Manley of Hortonville; and Allen (Patty) Manley of Appleton; 8 grandchildren: Jessica, Chris, Ashley, Sarah, Taylor, Kimberly, Heidi, and Alex; and 3 great grandchildren: Brayden, Peyton and Keiran. He is further survived by his sister, Althea Zimmerman; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Lorien was preceded in death by his siblings: Marge (Arnie) Arneson and Leroy (Lois) Manley.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at SS PETER AND PAUL CATHOLIC CHURCH (107 N. Olk St. Hortonville) beginning at 9:00 a.m. until time of Mass at 11:00 a.m. The Rev. Adam Bradley will officiate.
