Linda Fuerst, Kaukauna, age 63, passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2015 with her family by her side. She was born on January 27, 1952 to Paul and Lucille (Winter) Vandenberg.

After high school, Linda worked for 34 years at Riverside Paper in Kaukauna. She then went on to complete an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts. Linda enjoyed spending her time outside watching the eagles at 1,000 Islands Environment Center, butterflies and dragonflies. She also enjoyed fishing, traveling, going to the casino, reading, music and movies. In recent years, Linda enjoyed spending time with her two granddaughters.

Linda is survived by her son, Geoff (Jenny) Fuerst; mother, Lucille Vandenberg; significant other, Bob Merrill; grandchildren, Grace and Clara Fuerst; siblings, Jean Vandenberg, Mary (Dick) Huss, Janet (Rick) LePak, Nancy (Ron) Anderson, Gary (Betty) Vandenberg, Wayne (Rhonda)Vandenberg, Ward Vandenberg, Paula (Hank) Garner; as well as many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father, Paul Vandenberg and sister, Betty Meyer.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18, 2015 at CHRIST THE ROCK COMMUNITY CHURCH (W6254 U.S. 10-114, Menasha) from 1 pm to the time of funeral at 3 pm. The Rev. David Vande Hey will officiate.
