Lee Ann "Tucky" De Groot, Little Chute, age 80, died Thursday March 7, 2013 at Appleton Medical Center. She was born in Little Chute on August 8, 1932 to the late Albert and Hattie (Vanden Heuvel) Wynboom. Lee Ann married Vincent De Groot at St John Nepomucene Catholic Church on June 1, 1954.

Lee Ann is survived by her husband of 58 years, Vincent; Children: Sue (Bradley) Schroeder, Little Chute;
Steve (Jane), Buchanan; Julie (Dave) Hietpas, Little Chute; Dave (Brenda), Black Creek; and Jim (Sharon), Menasha; Grandchildren: Sara (Doug) Hoffman, Sam (Shelah Kerschenske) Schroeder, Annie Schroeder, Jamie (Danny) Von Rueden, Angela De Groot, Megan (Chad) Klubertanz, Nick (Missy Barlow) Hietpas, Jessica and Jacob De Groot, and Steven De Groot; Great Grandchildren: Madeline and Chase (and baby to arrive) Hoffman, Greyson Schroeder, Anna Von Rueden and Leah Klubertanz.
Brother: Cletus (Mary) Wynboom; and brothers and sisters-in-law: Doris (Bob) Barron, Joseph (Shirley), Roger (Mary), Donald (Lori), Gerald (Pauline) and Timothy (Shree) De Groot.

In addition to her parents, Lee Ann was preceded in death by Vin's parents Henry and Agnes De Groot, Bernice De Groot, Florian (Chub) (Pearl) De Groot and Margret (James) Rossmiessl.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 12 at ST. JOHN NEPOMUCENE CATHOLIC CHURCH (323 S. Pine St. Little Chute) beginning at 2:00 p.m. until time of Mass at 5:00 p.m. The Reverend Msgr. James Vanden Hogen will officiate along with Fr. Ronald Belitz concelebrating. A memorial is being established.

Mom loved to "Celebrate", shop and decorate. She enjoyed music, ceramics, knitting and water color painting. Thank you mom for sharing with us the greatest gift of all, your FAITH. That love, that faith is what sustains all of us today in our lives.
