Kurtis S. Koehler, Little Chute, age 75, died Thursday, March 20, 2025.  He was born in Fond du Lac on July 24, 1949.  Kurt was self-employed as an electrician.  He enjoyed NASCAR, football, golf, Sheephead and Cribbage and always looked forward to his annual family fishing trip.

Kurt is survived by his children:  Jodi (Chris) Lavarda, Appleton; Kris (Sony) Koehler, Appleton; and Amanda (Adam) Schroth, Appleton; adopted son, Tom (Karen) Koehler,  Eau Claire; Jodi, Kris, and Amanda's mother, Ruby Koehler; grandchildren:  Luke and Isaac (Cassie) Nadler, Parker and Lexi Schroth; his girlfriend, Christy Janz-Novak and her children,  Cody and Lizzy; stepchildren:  Stephanie, Kacey, and Bill; step grandchildren:  Morgan, Mason, Gina, and Luke; siblings:  Kathy (Lonnie) Wagner, Candace (Lonnie) Wolf, Mary Dietzen, and Bill (Lorelei) Koehler; and in-laws:  Lorraine Koehler and Lloyd Thiel.  He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Kurt was preceded in death by his mother, Margaret; siblings:  John Koehler, Robert Koehler, Barbara (Richard) Bruce, and Margaret Thiel; and former wife, Diana Koehler.

Visitation will be held Saturday, March 29, 2025, at O'CONNELL FUNERAL HOME (1776 E. Main Street, Little Chute) from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.  His funeral will follow at 11:00 a.m.  with Deacon David Van Eperen officiating.  Committal St. Mary Cemetery, Hilbert.
