Jon Keith Burlingame, Appleton, age 38, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 22, 2016. He was born in Rochester, Minnesota to Keith and Sandy (Schwanke) Burlingame on November 28, 1977. Jon worked as a service technician for Time Warner Cable for 20 years. He was an avid sports fan. While his favorite team was the Packers, Jon followed all the Wisconsin teams. Jon enjoyed the outdoors and planned numerous camping trips with family and friends. He also liked watching movies and antique hunting. Although he had many interests, Jon's family and friends were the most important to him. They will miss his amazing sense of humor.

Jon is survived by his parents, Keith and Sandy of Rice Lake; sisters: Beth Bouche of Little Chute and Barb (Stacey Crowley) Burlingame of Weaverville, NC; nieces and nephews: Jennifer, Drew, Carter and Ebben; great nephew and niece, Dante and Elaina; and his best friend, Jamie Stillwell. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

Jon was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, June 26, 2016 at DOYLE PARK (100 Van Buren St. Little Chute) from 3:00-6:00 p.m.

A second Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at LIVING WATER LUTHERAN CHURCH (411 N. First St. Cameron) from 3:00-6:00 p.m.
