John C. Knott, Little Chute, age 83, passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2026. He was born in the Town of Vandenbroek on June 14, 1943. John served in the U.S. Army following high school. He married Nancy Bohm on September 23, 1967. She preceded him in death on December 1, 2014. John retired from Badger Northland where he worked in the paint department. He loved working on cars and spent many hours in the garage with his father-in-law. John was especially proud of the 1972 Moto Guzzi motorcycle he restored.

John is survived by his daughter, Wendy Piechl; and grandson, Dylan Piechl.

John was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy; and son-in-law, Dustin Piechl.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at O’CONNELL FUNERAL HOME (1776 E. Main Street, Little Chute) from 3:00 p.m. until 4:45 p.m. John’s funeral will follow at 5:00 p.m. with the Rev. Rod Krueger officiating.
