Jed W. Inman, age 59, passed peacefully at home on Saturday, October 3, 2026. Jed was born in Illinois to the late Leland and Judith (Dimmoch) Inman on September 17, 1967. He married his best friend, Tracy Derus, in Appleton on February 11, 1995. Jed spent many years working at Georgia-Pacific, where he made many lifelong friends in the process. Away from work, Jed was happiest with his family. He and Tracy loved to travel and spent many years camping together. Among their annual favorites was Chute Pond, a tradition for more than 20 years, as well as their Halloween camping trip. Made year after year, Halloween was all about having the whole family together in one place and enjoying everything that came with it. Jed took pride in taking his children hunting and skiing when they were young. Jed also loved riding his motorcycle and made several trips out to Sturgis over the years. When he wasn’t on the road, he enjoyed playing cards, reading, and cheering on the Milwaukee Brewers. More than anything, Jed loved when the whole family would get together. Jed loved his grandchildren and spending time with them was always time well spent. Whether it was a family trip, a holiday, or simply being together, his grandchildren brought him some of his greatest joy. Jed was the kindest man, and would have done anything for his children.

Jed is survived by his wife of 31 years, Tracy; his seven children: Ronald (Alisha), Matthew (Brandy), Trevor (Charyce), Austin, Clayton (Bryce), Dalton, and Trinity; and his grandchildren: Landon, Hayden, Rhea, Emma, Bristol, Axel, and Race. Jed is further survived by his siblings, Billy and Lisa; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

In addition to his parents, Jed is preceded in death by his siblings; Van, Joe, and Jill.

A Celebration of Jed’s Life will be held Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at WIGGY’S ON MAIN (136 E. Main Street, Little Chute) beginning at 3:00 p.m. and concluding at 7:00 p.m.
