Jay J. Douglas' Obituary
Jay J. Douglas, died unexpectedly on December 4th at ThedaCare Regional Center. He was born March 28, 1970 at St.Elizabeth's Hospital in Appleton, Wisconsin.
Jay received his GED from Fox Valley Technical College. His hobbies included fixing bicycles and working on other projects in the garage, he also enjoyed bike rides, collecting knick knacks and going on adventures.
In addition to his parents, Richard Douglas and Alice (Wojciehowski) Douglas, Jay was preceded in death by his wife of 19 years Nicole (Klump) Douglas.
He was survived by his daughters, Megan (Douglas) Bonnin and husband Tyler Bonnin and Alexis Douglas and fiancé Shane Wagner; grandson, Carsen Wagner; his siblings: Bing Blumerich, LouAnn Butler, Sue, Jenny, Mike Douglas, Scott Douglas, Greg Douglas, Ann Douglas and Cindy Douglas; as well as many nieces and nephews.
A service of remembrance will be held on Monday, December 19th at 1pm at Sacred Heart Parish,
