John A. "Jack" Heegeman, Appleton, age 77, died at his home on Sunday, March 23, 2025.  He was born in Appleton on May 6, 1947, to the late John G. and Jean (Johnson) Heegeman.  Jack married Virginia "Ginna" Kaufman at St. Mary's Parish on April 1, 1967.  They had 57 wonderful years together.

Jack worked as an auto repair technician at Fulton Service for 26 years.  He also worked at Accurate Alignment and Valley Grinding.

Jack loved sport clay shooting and spent many years riding his Harley.  He also loved golfing, especially with his son and daughter-in-law, John and Misie, grandson, John, nephew, Shawn, and friend, Joe.  Jack and the family dog, Stormy, went on countless walks together.  He always looked forward to breakfast with the Fulton crew.

Jack is survived by his wife, Ginna; son, John J. (Misie) Heegeman of Hortonville; grandchildren:  Stephanie (Kevin) Glatz of Seymour and John R. Heegeman of Little Chute; great grandchildren: Jada Bartman, Emma and Wesley Glatz; sister:  Dottie Armbruster and her family; brothers and sisters-in-law:  Dave Kaufman, Mary (Steve) Ready, Debbie Wilson, Greg (Kim) Kaufman, Dan Kaufman, Sr., and Ann (Ken) Hansen; and godchildren:  Kory Hermes, Michael and Jason Armbruster.  He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

In addition to his parents, Jack was preceded in death by his son, Jamie; his granddaughter, Ally; his uncle, Kenny; and many other members of the Heegeman and Kaufman families.

Visitation will be held April 8, 2025, at ST. MARY PARISH (312 S. State Street, Appleton) beginning at 9:00 a.m. until time of Mass at 11:00 a.m.

Jack you will be sadly missed by all of us.  We love you so much.
