Heidi Lynn Boucher, Oshkosh, age 33, died Sunday, April 28, 2019 at Froedtert Memorial Hospital in Milwaukee. She was born in Neenah on January 21, 1986 to Paul and Kim (Koch) Boucher.

Heidi is survived by her daughter, Astella; father, Paul and Kelly Boucher of Oshkosh; grandparents: Lila Boucher of Oshkosh and Rose and Andy Taubel of Appleton; and boyfriend, Nathan. She is further survived by other relatives and friends.

Heidi was preceded in death by her son, Nathan Jr.; mother, Kim; and grandfather, Merle Boucher.

Visitation will be held Monday, May 6, 2019 at O'CONNELL FUNERAL HOME (1776 E. Main St. Little Chute) beginning at 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established.
