Glenn R. Kasten, age 82, of Menasha, died Friday, September 23, 2022, surrounded by his family. Glenn was born in Appleton on March 15, 1940, to the late Leslie and LaVerne (Mader) Kasten. He was raised on the family farm in the town of Harrison. Glenn married Sandra Davidson on July 29, 1959, and spent 63 years together as husband and wife.

Glenn spent his career as an over the road trucker; "Road Hawg" was a country music singin', beer drinkin', C.B.'ing, belt buckle and cowboy boot wearin', truck drivin' son of a gun! He always said that when his time on this earth ended, he wanted his gravestone to say "I've had my fun, my run is done."

Glenn is survived by his wife, Sandra; his daughter, Kay (Terry) Sheedlo, and Kay's stepchildren, David, Jason, and Missy; his son, Dan, and Dan's son, Kyle; his daughter, Kristine, and Kristine's son, Nick; his daughter Vicki, and Vicki's daughters, Kara Janelle and Robyn Owens. Glenn is further survived by his great grandchildren, Manih Owens and Lexie Geier; as well as his siblings: Bonnie (Carl) Vandenheuvel, Leslie Jr. (Lorna) Kasten, Donald (Rose) Kasten, Sandy (Tom) Van Thiel, Peggy (Dick) Van Asten, and Lori (Keith) Kowalski.

The family will hold a private celebration of Glenn's life. Committal High Cliff Cemetery.
