Gerald (Jerry or "Pups") C. Wouters (77) of Little Chute, WI passed away unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, January 13, 2022. Jerry was born on February 12, 1944 in Kaukauna, WI to late Louis and Lucille (Pendergast) Wouters along with seven brothers and sisters. Jerry worked at Thilmany Pulp and Paper most of his adult life and retired there as a millwright. He found the love of his life, Diane (Sanders) Wouters, and they were married on October 22, 1993 at St. John Catholic Church in Little Chute.
Jerry enjoyed camping, taking road trips, listening to Reba McEntire, stopping at an occasional casino as well as spending time with his son (Thomas Wouters) and two granddaughters (Madison Wouters and Serena Whitby). Not to mention his enjoyment of testing the odds with lottery tickets and Publishers Clearing House.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Diane (Sanders) Wouters; parents, Louis and Lucille (Pendergast) Wouters; sister, Ann Wouters; two brothers, Daniel and Alan Wouters; sister-in-law, Diane Mary (Weyenberg) Wouters; brothers-in-law, Edward Brogan and Roger Oudenhoven; nephews, Billy Jo Oudenhoven and Kevin Wouters; niece, Terry Brogan; and many other extended family and friends.
He is survived by his son, Thomas Wouters; his grandchildren, Madison Wouters and Serena Whitby; his sisters, Jane (Wouters) Brogan and Kay (Wouters) Oudenhoven; brothers: Joseph (Carol) Wouters and Karl Wouters; sisters-in-law, Nan Wouters and Mary Allgeyer; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A time of gathering will be held on Friday, January 21, 2022 from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at O'CONNELL FUNERAL HOME (1776 E. Main Street, Little Chute). In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
