Georgette "Georgy" Spietz, Kaukauna, age 70, died in Appleton on Sunday, November 13, 2022. She was born in Menasha on September 5, 1952, to the late George and Sally (Jackels) Mielke. Georgy spent her career working in the accounts payable department for Affinity Health System. In her free time, she enjoyed crafting, playing cards, going out to eat, and gardening.

Georgy is survived by her children: Lawrence (Carol) Spietz, of Kaukauna; Mark (Kara) Spietz, of Kaukauna; and Sara Phillips (Wayne Krueger), of Kaukauna; her grandchildren: Graci, Carter, Ali, Taylor (special friend Collin), Hannah (Tyler), Brody, and Xander; as well as the arrival of her first great grandchild this coming March. Georgy is further survived by her siblings: Ruth Ann Gorski, Shirley Majeskie, and Mary Lou Nushart; Marjorie Hartman, Christine (Allen) Eldred, Janice (James) Lamers, Patricia (Allan) Lisowe, and Don (special friend Wendy) Mielke; and her children's father, Larry Spietz; along with other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, Georgy is preceded in death by her siblings-in-law: Mariane and Lloyd Nimmer, Foster Busse; and father and mother-in-law, Harry and Alice Spietz.

Visitation will be held on December 3, at Trinity Lutheran Church (804 Grignon Street Kaukauna) beginning at 2 p.m. until the time of service at 4 p.m.
