Edward P. Schultz, Chilton, age 77, died Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Calumet Medical Center. He was born in Florence, WI on November 17, 1939 to the late Joseph and Helen (Dombroski) Schultz. Ed married Janice Lemens in 1959 and she preceded him in death in 1976. He married Arlys Brown in Conover, WI on August 6, 1977. Ed enjoyed fishing, golfing and hunting in his younger years. He also enjoyed computers, a good brandy Manhattan and the Packers. Ed loved spending time with his family.

Ed is survived by his wife, Arlys; children: Lynn (Randy) Vargovich of Grass Valley, CA; Kathy (Vincent) Hefferen of Belmore NY; and Edward (Joanna) Schultz of Menasha; son-in-law: Gerard Fischer of Kaukauna; stepchildren: Shari (Rick) Davis, Carol (Kerry) Kaufman, Karen (John) Knickerbocker and Brian Reit, all of Eau Claire; grandchildren: Sean (Marissa) and Stephanie Schultz, Anthony and Nicholas Fischer, William (Thanya) Rosner, Amanda (Robert) Sombrero, Katie, Colleen and Vincent Hefferen, Bridget (Brandon) Kimbro, Lacey and Tiffany Anger, Kelsey and Carlin Kaufman and Nevin Reit; brothers: Anthony (Eunice) and Paul (Vergil) Schultz; and brothers and sisters-in-law: Kenneth (Carol) Brown, David Brown, Rosella (Joe) Colllin, Kenneth (Janet) Lemens and Betty (Gene) Becker. He is further survived by 4 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, Ed was preceded in death by his wife Janice (Lemens) Schultz; daughter, Helen Fischer; stepson, William Joseph Reit; and brother-in-law, LaVern Brown.

Visitation will be held Friday, September 29, 2017 at O'CONNELL FUNERAL HOME (1776 E. Main St. Little Chute) beginning at 3:00 p.m. until the time of Funeral at 5:00 p.m. Deacon Vincent De Groot will officiate.
