Dorothy M. Dercks, Kimberly, age 93, died Friday, March 3, 2016 at St. Paul Elder Services. She was born in Kaukauna on January 9, 1924 to the late Walter J. and Catherine (Krause) Specht. Dorothy married George "Tiny" Moritz. He preceded her in death. In 1983, she married Harold "Scutz" Dercks. He also preceded her in death.

Dorothy retired from Kimberly-Clark after 35 years of service. She enjoyed many years at her cottage – first with Tiny on Lake Winnebago and later with Scutz on Legend Lake. Dorothy was a talented knitter and took great pride in the afghans she made for each of her family members.

Dorothy is survived by her son, Todd Moritz of Appleton; grandchildren: Tyler, Rhiannon and Ethan Moritz; and siblings: Walter "Dubber" (Donna) Specht and Joan "Tickle" (David) Kielgas. She is further survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husbands: George "Tiny" Moritz and Harold "Scutz" Dercks; her son, Dennis Daniels; and siblings: Jean (Curtis) Wolf, Robert (Valoise) Specht, Charles "Mud" Specht and Bernadette "Crickett" (Robert) Alger.

A private family service will be held at Highland Memorial Park. She will then be interred with her husbands.
