Donald D. Meulemans, Appleton, age 86, died Wednesday, April 10, 2024.  He was born in Appleton on March 28, 1938 to the late David and Celia (Schultz) Meulemans.  Donald graduated from Appleton High School in 1956.  He then served in the U.S. Air Force from 1958-1963.  Donald was stationed in Puerto Rico where he met his wife, Alejandrina, where she worked in a men's clothing store.  He earned a degree in engineering and retired from Miller Electric.  Donald was a member of the American Legion.  Together, Donald and Alejandrina loved traveling around the world.  There were also very many trips to Wisconsin casinos.

Donald is survived by his children:  Donald Meulemans, Jr. of Appleton and Karesse Beskow of Milwaukee; grandchildren:  Enan and Nia Beskow; siblings:  Eugene (Colleen) Meulemans and Carol (Gene) Tuchscherer; and nephews:  Jim and David Tuchscherer and Mike Meulemans.  He is further survived by other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by his wife, Alejandrina (Martinez) Meulemans.
