Donald Eugene Langner, age 84, of Kimberly, formerly of Seymour, passed away Monday, May 27, 2019. He was born in Fremont on July 14, 1934 to the late Henry and Sylvia (Peters) Langner. Don married Myra Schinke on February 14, 1953. He worked at Gilbert Paper Co. prior to starting with the City of Seymour Public Works Department, where he retired from in 1997. Don enjoyed woodworking, gardening, visiting and helping others. He was a friend to all.

Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Myra (nee Schinke); 8 children: Doug (Donna) of Appleton; Ken (Sue) of Shiocton; Chris (Pete) Bolssen of Navarino; Donna (special friend Rick Bichel) Oldenhoff of Athelstane; Rev. Ryan (Robin) of Boscobel; Dawn (special friend Jim Reiland) Wolff of Appleton; Chaplain Randy (Karen) of North Liberty, IA; Sandy (Dean) Juliar of Appleton; and Chad; 27 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; sister, Ruth Manteufel; and brothers and sisters-in-law: Fran Langner, Lee (Florine) Casper, Carl (Leona) Schinke, Ben (Ruth) Schinke and Mildred Pues. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, Donald was preceded in death by his son-in-law, Jerry Oldenhoff; twin grandsons, Michael and Patrick; siblings: Raymond Langner and Dorothy (Owen) Gore; and brothers and sisters-in-law: Ron Manteufel, Louise (Joe) Headlee, Harold Schinke, Edna (Roger) Jarchow and Harley Pues.

Visitation will be held June 9, 2019 at SEYMOUR ASSEMBLY OF GOD (989 Lincoln St. Seymour) beginning at 3:00 p.m. until time of Funeral at 4:00 p.m. with Pastor Phil Engle officiating, along with Chaplain Randy Langner and Rev. Ryan Langner. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established.
