Diane M. "Annie" Koslowski, Little Chute, age 47, passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Appleton. Her strong will to live, faith in God and the love of family and friends carried her through a two year battle with metastatic breast cancer.
Annie was born in Milwaukee on September 15, 1968 to Dave and Kathy (Sajkowski) Geboy. She is one of four children – Duane, Donna and Kimberly. Her parents and siblings survive her.
Annie is the beloved wife of Dan Koslowski Jr.; mother of Danielle (Craig) Vosters and Dustin (Stephanie Ashman) Koslowski; and grandmother (Gamma) to Mason Vosters. She is also survived by her father and mother-in-law as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.
Annie had a zest for life and loved to spend time with her family and friends. She loved to travel to the beaches of Destin, Florida. Together, she and Dan enjoyed many Harley rides. She doted on her grandson, Mason, and treasured her time with him. Her new puppy, Willow, put on smile on her face every day. Many will remember sharing cocktails with her in "Annie's Garage."
Annie's family will receive friends on Friday, April 22, 2016 at BETHANY LUTHERAN CHURCH (124 W. 10th Street, Kaukauna) from 10:00 a.m. until the time of her Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. The Rev. Levi Willms will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established.
