Obituary

Darlene M. Fronsee, of Kimberly, formerly of Wausaukee, age 80, passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Neenah after a brief illness.  She was born on August 12, 1939 to the late Joseph and Violet Lemire in Menominee, Michigan.  In May of 1962, she married Kenneth Fronsee in Menominee.  They spent 36 years of never ending love and friendship together.  He preceded her in death in April of 1998.

Darlene was a homemaker her entire life and will be remembered as a loving wife, mom, friend, and grandma.  In addition to spending time with her family, she enjoyed various crafts, sewing, and cheering on the Packers.

Darlene is survived by two children:  Ken Jr. (Cindy) of Little Chute and Kay (Gerard) Kasper of Appleton; three grandchildren:  Matthew (Carly) Fronsee, Brynn Kasper (Tyler Schimdt), and Bryson Kasper.  She is further survived by four siblings:  Joe (Maureen) Lemire, George Lemire, Pat (Michele) Lemire, and Sue Koepp; sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.  Darlene was looking forward to her first great grandchild's arrival in early February.

Per Darlene's wishes, no funeral or service will be held.  A private family service will be held on Wednesday, October 23 rd in Little Chute.  A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.

The family wishes to thank the staff of Outagamie County Health and Human Services for their time, care, and compassion throughout the past 20 years.

In lieu of cards and flowers, the family asks that you give time and/or money to your favorite charity.  Please consider a gift to a group or organization that helps young people deal with stress and anxiety.  Understanding and love can change a life!
