Christine "Chris" Lynn Hanges, 67, of Kimberly Wi passed away on December 26, 2021 after a short and courageous struggle with pancreatic cancer.

Chris was born in Appleton, WI to the late Louis and Hattie Locke on July 7 ^th , 1954.  She married Jonathan Hanges on November 18, 1972 at Faith Lutheran Church.  Chris had many jobs in her life the most recent was working at Eagle Graphics doing embroidery work, which has turned into her favorite hobby. Chris also loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Chris is proceeded in death by her parents Louis and Hattie Locke, her husband Jonathan (Mike) Hanges and numerous aunts and uncles.  She is survived by her children: Joshua (Jaclynn), Jessica (Matthew) Lancaster and Jared, all of Appleton; grandchildren which she is most proud of: Shjon, Lain, Kali and Kloie Hanges; and siblings: Betty Dawes, Shirley O'Connell and Diane (Billy) Smith. She is also survived by Hobbes and Dolly her two ragdoll cats, in-laws, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 31, 2021 at O'CONNELL FUNERAL HOME (1776 E. Main St. Little Chute) from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral at 11:00 a.m.  Pastor Ronald Szep, from St. Luke's Lutheran Church, will officiate.
