Charlotte Glenda Harper, age 70, of Appleton, died Friday, July 24, 2015. She was born in San Bernadino, California, to the late Ell and Henrietta Henley, and she was employed by Western Plastics.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William Harper.

She is survived by her daughters: Charlotte (Tony) Davis of Appleton; and Tammy Harper of Portland, TN; grandson, Evan Davis of Appleton; two brothers, three sisters, and one sister-in-law.

Visitation is 10 a.m., until 7 p.m., Wednesday, July 29, 2015. Funeral service is 12 noon, Thursday, July 30, 2015, at Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home with Charlotte Davis, Tammy Harper, and Tammy Groves officiating. Burial is at Fairfield Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Anthony Davis, Evan Davis, Jimmy Russell, Joe Russell, James Russell, and Tim Manvel.
