Charles L. Gitter's Obituary
Charles L. Gitter, 51, of Appleton, formerly of Little Chute, died Wednesday November 16, 2011. He was born in Appleton on December 19, 1959 to Leo and Frances (Vanden Hoogen) Gitter.
Charles is survived by his mother Frances, Little Chute; and siblings: David (Mary), Little Chute; John, Dale; Mary (Ken) Verstegen, Little Chute; Joan (Dan) Nelessen, Freedom; and Joe (Joy), Shiocton. He is further survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Charles was preceded in death by his father Leo and sister Jane.
Visitation will be held Saturday November 19, 2011 at ST. JOHN NEPOMUCENE CATHOLIC CHURCH (323 S. Pine St. Little Chute) beginning at 9:00 a.m. until time of Mass at 11:00 a.m. The Rev. James Hablewitz will officiate. Committal St. John Cemetery.
The Gitter Family would like to thank Charlie's second family, the staff and roommates at the Rogers Avenue Group Home and Theda Care at Home Hospice for the love and care given to Charlie.
