Bruce S. Taugner, Appleton, age 87, died Sunday, October 9, 2022.  He was born in Milwaukee on December 1, 1934 to the late Joseph and Irma (Guth) Taugner.  Bruce served in the U.S. Army as a member of the 82 ^nd Airborne and graduated from U.W. Madison with a major in geology.  Bruce married Anita Louise Bowes on November 15, 1961 at Fox Point Lutheran Church in Fox Point, WI.  Together, they owned and operated Clarkson Map Co. and Badger Graphic Sales.  Bruce enjoyed traveling and scuba diving.

Bruce is survived by his children:  Jennifer (Dave) Weast and Jeff (Cindy) Taugner, all of Appleton; grandchildren:  Logan, Parker, and Ethan Taugner and Christian Weast; and great grandson, Silas Bruce Taugner.

In addition to his parents, Bruce was preceded in death by his wife, Anita; her parents, James and Molly Bowes; and sister, Gayle Taugner.

A private family funeral was held.
