Brian D. Winius, of Winneconne, formerly of Little Chute, age 61, passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at Mercy Hospital in Oshkosh. A Little Chute native, he was born on April 28, 1962, the son of Lester and Patricia (Alger) Winius.

Brian is survived by his father Les of Freedom; daughter, Kelly (Dan) Maloney; granddaughter, Monroe Maloney; sister-in-law, Darlene (Joe) Winius-Gries; sister, Vicky (Joe) Ratzman; brother, Scott Winius; sister, Kim (Steve) Sturm; and sister, Shelley (Tom) Evers; nieces and nephews:  Brent (Shana) Winius, Chris (TeeJay) Winius, Erika (Justin) Vandenberg, Jenny (Jason) Munson, Rachel Winius, Kevin (Ashley) Sturm, Whitney (Jeff) Evers, and Skyler (Theresa) Evers; and great nieces and nephews: William, Thea and Seth Winius, Ezra Winius, Kohen and Tallan Vago, Aubrey Vandenberg, McKenzie and Zach Munson, Dakota Schuh, Tytan and Taz Sturm, Ajax and Lumi Cobi, Lillian, Eleanor and Alice Evers. He is further survived by aunts, uncles and the many friends he made through the years.

Brian was preceded in death by his mother Pat; brothers: Al and Todd; and nephew Cory Sturm.

Per Brian's wishes no service will be held.

Brian was a jack of all trades and was always willing to lend a hand to anyone. He enjoyed fishing and anything outdoors. He was also the life of the party, the first one there and the last one to leave. I'm sure heaven just got a lot more fun and interesting!
