Blake Michael Williamson, of Kaukauna, became one of God's most precious angels on Monday September 9, 2013. Blake was our angel on Earth for a brief 15 years; born on June 4, 1998 to Todd and Leah (Coffey) Williamson.
Blake grew up as a boy full of compassion and great personality. He filled our hearts with love and joy every day that he was with us. Blake made his parents very proud and both of his sisters looked up to him. With a very close immediate and extended family, Blake was more than a son, a grandson, a brother, a nephew, a cousin, and a friend to all of us. He was an inspiration to all the great things life has to offer and he lived his life by offering happiness, humor, and love to everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Blake was the epitome of the All-American boy. He was extremely talented in sports, the outdoors, and making people laugh. From the time Blake started playing golf, basketball, football, and wrestling, he showed great ability and understanding in sports and astounded his coaches, family, and friends with his talent. Much of what stands out when thinking about Blake was his love of the outdoors. He loved jet skiing, snowmobiling, swimming, dirt biking, go-karting, four-wheeling, campfires, hunting, and fishing. Blake found the love of the outdoors through his father Todd, uncles, and cousins who were always willing to take him to "the land" where the family cabin allowed Blake to create and cherish memories that reinforced his passions.
Blake and his legacy are survived by his parents, Todd and Leah; sisters Faith and Kendall; grandparents: Joyce Williamson, Mike and Sandy Coffey; aunts and uncles: Debra, Jay (Diane) and Gordon (Sara H.) Williamson, Pamela Valk, Dawn Hietpas, Cari (Gary) and Christopher Coffey; and cousins: Haley and Daniel Williamson, Autumn, Skyler, Pierce, and Aeson Valk. Charlie, Chad, Ryan and Jordan Hietpas, Morgan, Parker, and Gage Williamson, Tyler and McKenna Baeten.
Blake was preceded in death by his grandfather, Gordon Williamson.
