Beth K. Nieuwenhuis, age 64, died at her home with her family at her side on Wednesday, May 18, 2022. Beth was born in Appleton on November 8, 1957, to the late Roy and Marion (Schultz) Cluberton. On October 14, 1978, Beth married Don Nieuwenhuis at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Appleton. Beth enjoyed camping, especially at Kohler-Andrae State Park in Sheboygan, and she was very interested in the Decorah Bald Eagle cam. Beth always appreciated time spent by their pool, but above all, she took the greatest pride in being a grandma, always cherishing time with her family.

Beth is survived by her husband of 43 years, Don; her children: Dan (Alexis Fornell), Jeff (Jen), and Michelle (partner Brody Kurtz); and her grandchildren: Corbin, Jaxon, Hazel, Gavin, and Evelyn. She is further survived by her brother, Craig (Diane) Cluberton; and her siblings-in-law: Linda (Joel) Barkin, Jean (Michael) Maas, and Dave (Marilyn) Nieuwenhuis.

Beth is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Marion Cluberton; and her parents-in-law, Eugene and Joyce Nieuwenhuis.

A private family funeral was held.
